I am currently a postdoctoral research fellow at Robotics and Mechatronics Laboratory at Koc University, Istanbul. I received my BSc dual degree in mechanical engineering and electrical and electronics engineering, MSc degree in mechanical engineering, and then, PhD degree in mechanical engineering from Koc University, Istanbul, in 2011, 2013, and 2019, respectively. I was awarded the prestigious TUBITAK BIDEB fellowship during my graduate studies. My research interests include physical human-robot interaction, intent recognition and expression, haptics, robotics, control, optimization, and mechatronics.

I am currently a member of Robotics and Mechatronics Laboratuary at Koc University working with Prof. Cagatay Basdogan
